What formats do NEO_SIGNAL releases come in?
All releases are pressed on premium heavyweight vinyl (180g minimum) with unique color variants per release. Many releases also include digital download codes. Select releases are also available on limited edition CD (Digi-Pak format) through our store. All formats are announced per release at the time of pre-order opening.
How long does worldwide shipping take?
Standard EU/UK shipping takes 3–7 working days. International shipping (US, Canada, Asia-Pacific) takes 7–21 working days depending on region and customs processing times. All orders are dispatched with tracked shipping and you will receive a tracking code via email once your order has been dispatched from our Berlin warehouse.
Can I submit music to NEO_SIGNAL for consideration?
Yes — we accept demos via our contact form. Please include a link to your work (SoundCloud, Bandcamp, or private streaming link), a brief artist biography, and details about the type of release you are proposing. We review all submissions but due to volume, can only respond to those we wish to pursue further. Please allow 6–8 weeks for initial review.
Are pre-order releases shipped immediately?
Pre-orders are charged immediately to secure your copy of limited edition pressings, but physical items are held and dispatched on or around the listed release date. Estimated dispatch windows are shown on each product listing. Digital downloads (where included) are delivered immediately upon purchase confirmation.
Do you offer sync licensing or publishing services?
Yes — NEO_SIGNAL handles all sync licensing and publishing rights for the artists on our roster. Please contact us via the Sync & Licensing category in our contact form with details about your project, timeline, and intended usage. We respond to all licensing enquiries within 5 working days.
